Bullshit,minimum 3 or 3.5 gr....i am 120 kg,250 gr protein would be useless.
 
really? mad ive been eating like 300 grams per day
 
Maybe my body just processes protein more efficiently but I gained muscle up until I decided to just maintain at 175 lbs bodyweight with 120 grams protein a day, so around .7 grams / lb BW

.7g/lb is sufficient for normal gains. dudes eating 3x this amount is just subjecting themself to kidney stones

exactly lmfao, fucking fags pushing like twice their body weight in protein consumption on normal diets lmfao. Carnivore I get between 220-240 grams but that’s cause no carbs
