1000 calorie deficit diet

Yesterdays it was day one of my 1000 calorie deficit shit I'm doing. And It went successful. Today is the day two of this 1000 calorie deficit diet I have. I ate one meal yesterday it was some meat and potatoes and today I ate it again and won't eat until tommorow.... However I was think of eating 3 eggs tommorow and 2 bananas.

Daily I'm drinking 3L of water. It's all going good. But I have to watch out a lot, I'm cutting all the processed carbs and junk food.

It's not a big deal if I accidentally intake 200-300 more calories in a while if I don't notice, as long as I'm burning more. But I said accidentally, not on purpose.

impossible without caffiene but caffiene makes me twitch and fucks me up

just dont do this while in puberty

not malnutrition your body?

your growing in puberty

dont leanmaxx until atleast 17/18

this is like the most important period for your body growing and you stop giving it food

either you weight 20kg or that's way more than a 1000 calorie deficit. use chatgpt to track your cals if you have to but know what your cutting by. also your test will tank and your cortisol will skyrocket if you don't include high animal fat leading to bad sleep and more muscle loss than necessary. don't just go into this do basic research
