Don't need to heightmax or hairlinemax. Treating acne currently and getting gyno surgery for around 5k. What can I do with another 10k in terms of fashionmaxing, facial aesthetics, any other surgeries or recommendations?
 
Try AIs for gyno what are u doing? Even if it doesn't work, it can work and you can save like 90% of what u would have spent

Had it since like 13yo. Ralox won't do shit nor will letro. Literally my only option is to get the gland removed

other than hair and joints doesn't seem that important at all
 
aderall and moneymaxx to 100k
 
Neck and chin lipo is legit for jawline gains
Other than that it depends on what you need

If you dont have any pressing concerns the smart thing to do would be invest that money.

If your nose is upturned or hooked you will need nose surgery
 
travel abroad. 10k can get you plenty of surgeries done
