Breakfast:
3 Eggs (2tbsp Olive Oil)
500ml Whole Milk

Lunch:
1L Whole Milk

Snack:
500g Raw Vegetables
Junk Food

Dinner:
100g Bread
400g Mutton (2-3tbsp Olive Oil)

Dessert:
Ice Cream Cone

Supplements: Creatine, L Cartinitine, Vitamin D, Multivitamin and occasionally Melatonin and Valerian Root

Thoughts?
 
decent, less milk more eggs. Butter>olive oil

It takes time to prepare eggs. I can drink milk straight from the carton.

I prefer olive oil for taste.
