2. Use the dark eye blinders for complete darkness.
3. Use binaural beats and heavenly instrumental music. Now you can use a recorded or simply black out your computer screen so no light is emitted.
4. Melatonin
5. Infrared light on your face for 5 minutes about 1 hour before bed.
6. No water within 2 hours before bed and no food within 5 hours before bed.
7. Deep meditation 30 minutes before bed.
8. Write down to do list just before you shut off the electronics. This is so your mind isn't racing.

As for the food, yes the earlier you get in all your calories the better. Eat the biggest and heaviest meal in the morning. The main thing is to ensure you get in sufficient calories for your caloric needs.

It seems to be a one off, was sleeping pretty good. I think one time i tried to use caffeine for apatite suppression but even though i used only once and in the morning it may have fucked my sleep due to its half life or some shit. I haven’t used it in like 3 days and i won’t again. should hopefully be fine once i sleep at a good hour today, after not sleeping at all.Do you have insomnia or chronic pain.
