If you want to just live a normie lifestyle or self improve or start a business ofc it’s not too late. But you’ve objectively wasted your youth. If you want to have any real interests or personality it will be hard, things like sports languages and artistic pursuits are supposed to be started in your mid-teens up to 18 at the latest.

Life is only over if you say that it is over

sports languages and artistic pursuits
Also what do you mean by this, you can learn a language whenever, start a sport whenever and start investing into a art whenever.

Don't know how any of this is correlated with age.

I feel bad for guys who were in their mid teens during lockdown. When I was a mid teen I was playing sports competitively often.

Yeah but it’s not the same.

NOt really. 99% of people who start a sport young will also never achieve anything subsantial, just a nice hobby which you can start any time.

Learning a language has nothing to do with age.

Drawing you can also easily learn any time.

If you want to be a professional in a major sport ,then yea, 20 is too late

Many many many artists (writers, film makers, musicians) started way later than 20

Languages are hard to learn later on but because it’s not a competition, it’s just for yourself to use, then it doesn’t reall matter if it takes longer
