Motivation 3 months at the gym

I’m not trying to get huge because I don’t like the aesthetics of it, just want some muscle mass while staying lean.
Pretty happy with the results so far.

That isn't 3 fucking months in the gym unless you weren't a beginner in the first place or you have been juicing

I remember there was a guy in a study who doubled his arm size in three months. I think they were studying volume, and he was being blood tested at the time. Some people respond really well to training
It's also possible he's detrained, meaning he lost some muscle and is getting it back

Yeah that's why I asked for bf% and wrist circumference, maybe he's a hardcore meso with low bf%

When it comes to the gym, genetics makes a HUGE difference, idk why some on this site will deny it.

1st: It is an indicator of frame, and there isn't a "too far" in looks

Bro whats your shoulder width and waist width?

Thats more than 3 months of gymcelling, worlds best genetics or not. Even hard to imagine with AAS going from average skinny fat to that in 3 months.

Full body workouts 3 times a week. Mondays, Wednesday and Friday with cardio on Saturday.
170kg deadlifts x 3 to 5 reps for 3 sets.
90 kg benchpress (my chest is lacking) 3 to 5 reps for 3 sets.
130-150kg squats (depending on how well I felt that day) 3 to 5 reps for 3 sets.
20 bodyweight wide pullups x 4 sets.

Height 1m91 or 6ft3 for the Muricans, and 82-85 kilograms depending on water retention which translates to 180-183 pounds.

Start training neck if u havent already
Wish I could tbh, kinda scared to do it since I'm fucking traumatized by neck exercises due to greco-roman wrestling. We used to drill neck bridges when I was a kid and ended up fucking my neck hard.

I mean he already had some muscle in the before pics and it looks like he's flexing harder and at a better angle in the after pics so I think It's possible tbh.
