Feeling kinda lethargic yet cognitively sound. Nicotine pouches making me slightly nauseous so I have to be careful with those. Not having a great time.

Finished 1/3 of the fast now so we'll see if I keep going for the full duration. Obviously if I feel too shit I'll just stop and have an egg or something. Broth and then steamed vegetables is a good way to break a prolonged fast.

Will have some more sea salt and see if that helps before I throw in the towel.
 
One thing I like about fasting is I always get more things done. I've done laundry, cleaned up the kitchen, carried down a microwave in the basement which I didn't use, etc. You know, simple stuff that I've been procrastinating.
