Best cope I ever found. Makes you feel better the whole day. I probably won't do that much today, as much of my body is still pretty sore. Just 3 sets pullups, some abdominal work and curls perhaps.
That's actually a good way to stay in shape if you're already pretty happy with the way your body looks. 3 sets of a compound lift and some additional isolation exercise 5-6 days a week. It doesn't require that much effort if you only do that, so it becomes quite easy to stay consistent.
