Now i'm someone who has a little bit of trouble falling asleep but this method has basically saved my life.
10 minutes of meditation before sleeping, after it sleep on your back (use a fucking pillow to keep your head on) and then inhale for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 8 seconds and exhale for 6 seconds. I would recommend that while doing this technique try to clear your mind as much as possible, recite 1 sentence in your mind to let go off other thoughts. But at last if you work a lot in the morning your sleep is most probably going to be nice.
