I trained my upper body only 5 days a week and saw increase in strength and muscle definition, but lost 3 kg in 1 month. It turned out I've lost 1 kg of muscle and 2 kg of fat, and I lost muscle not only in legs (what I predicted), but in upper body as well, according to special weights, although I tried to eat a lot. My body metabolism is subhuman tier and I will now train only 3-4 times a week

Did you track your calories? How many and how tall?
How exactly do you know that you lost 1kg of muscles? Dexa scan?

Too much lactate generation in already stressed individuals is bad news indeed. Check your Thyroid function and get on Ray Peat diet

I've done bloodwork with thyroid hormones and all my thyroid hormones are within normal ranges, they're like in the middle of them

my TSH is 1,392 μIU/ml, T3 3,05 pg/ml, T4 0,98 ng/dl
That TSH is pretty good actually
Still further improving Thyroid function and health to reduce stress and switch the metabolism from carcinogenic metabolism (inefficent metabolism resulting in oxidation of Glucose without Oxygen, anaerobic glycolysis, even when you're sitting or resting your body does not use Oxygen to oxidase Glucose, and the end product of Glucose oxidation instead of CO2 you get Lactate. So you're producing lactate even when resting)

Also how do you sleep?

It doesn't matter how many days a week you train, in fact the more often you train the better (as a natty), you just have to eat, sleep and adjust volume accordingly. So, slep more, eat more and do a propper split routine. Your body eventually gets used to the workload.

I eat like a beast in the gym, do all exercises to failure and have about 24-28 sets per one workout. Each one I complete to failure and set new PRs every day. I trained like that 5 days a week

I leave 2 reps in the tank for big compound movements, I found that I progress more that way than going to failure every time. For small muscles 💪 I do go to failure

i have these things especially cold feet/hands all the time. what does it mean?

Plus I think you're just undereating tbh and not fueling your high metabolism (supposed high metabolism, or whatever it is)

I eat like 4 times a day with 120 grams of protein and I think enough carbs and fats, also sweets right after training session
