1 - give as much as you get
every healthy and based relationship (friendly or sexual) was balanced in terms of give/get ratio.
if you constantly give anything (can be money can be attention can be "love" or anything) and don't get anything in exchange that relationship is fucked/cucked, cut that person from your life asap. or if you dont give anything right from the beginning and expect something, just jfl. only ppl with status/looks/money halos have rights to be a narcissist, so act accordingly or you gon get fucked.
2 - drugs will not fix you. they MAY only help you fixing you. anyone telling otherwise is coping or cherrypicking.
3 - change what you can, and accept what you cannot. otherwise over for you
4 - try your luck and dont be a pussy (not saying you should send money to a random stranger that claims gonna double your money and send it back). just believe in yourself theory is bs. you dont need to believe in yourself, just shoot your shot at something that you would not lose anything more than your 10mins.
5 - on ltr, even chads get cucked. so stop coping with muh trad wife. also over for you if you a standartscel
Bonus Tip for ascending (social wise, mental wise, sexual wise): Always try to get more chances rather than focusing on one single event/person/topic. Remember you, and everybody else in this world is replacable. What cannot be replaced is "the bond (and you are the one who built them with the other person, it wasnt existing until you created it)
Always get a bigger circle and if you cannot, than means you act like an autist, work on that.
