I know you cunts already know what to do haha. If you’re a natty stop fucking around with anything except for super heavy, half power lifting/half hypertrophy workouts.

push day:

super heavy bench
- 2 warmup sets, 5 sets of 5 two range, then finish with two sets in the 8-10 rep range. Test 1RM often, every month or so.

Overhead press (barbell - standing)
- also super heavy. Similar rep structure to bench

weighted dips
- most important exercise IMO. Super controlled, slow declines with explosive up. Go heavy with attached weight but don’t allow swinging.

incline DB press
- also heavy. Chest should be non existent by this exercise, or you haven’t fucked it enough. Do around 5 sets of 8 rep range, stretch the shit out of the incline chest. Looks like you’ve got gladiator chest plate armour on when that shits popping.

Fucktonnes of lateral delt flys
- I go reasonably light and mentally focus on removing traps from the movement. But not light so you’re being one of those ultra hypertrophy pussies like actually destroy the delt

finish with at two overhead tricep movements, usually skull crusher and overhead dumbbell extension to hit the long head of the tricep
- long head of tricep looks way better then short head. Stop doing cable extensions for tris only, that should be a finisher at most

that’s basically a push day

I have a flat mate with a physique like yours. Shorter/bodybuilder kind of aesthetic. Women def prefer the taller athletic physique, this isn’t an opinion this is just a fact. You look big on your smaller frame I guess, but your frame just isn’t big enough

Your physique is better than average for natty but for 5 years its nothing really impressive. You wont get much bigger unless you start roiding you will just be wasting your time, newbie gains are over.
