Growth hormone can cause facial growth but probably won't change what features develop, just make them more pronounced. It's shouldn't affect facial symmetry but could cause for example bigger nose, better jawline growth, and possibly more hooded eyes.

It can affect face now that I think about it, but only if you run hgh from early childhood

Besides 5'7 is not that tall but will still easily grant me 6'2 children if they have proper care.

I prefer shorter women so obv Stacy.
But from a children perspective, I am 6'2 MTN so reproducing with a 5'3 Stacy would probably produce a chadlite son around 5'11. Compared to reproducing with a 5'10 becky which would produce probably a 6'4sh normie son.
A 5'11 chadlite would have more sexual success than the 6'4 normie but the normie wouldn't do too bad, so idk tbh.
