Looking pretty ripped, like 10-11% bf so that's all good. I'll probably get down to 8 or 9 the next couple days.

Feeling really low energy tho' ngl. Went and bought lemons and ginger and that kinda helped but I think I'll need more caffeine if I'm gonna get active rn.

Fapped (w/o porn) so maybe I lost some important nutrients but whateva I'm bored so whatever keeps me going.

This is more fasting than I ever did before so naturally I'd be a bit tired.
