Meming aside. The mental scar of surgerymaxxing is often understated here.
After invasive bone surgeries like bimax, genio, LL, etc., chances are you'll be a pussy backing out of every heated quarrel because you know that the lightest of jab could fuck your face/legs up. Unless you have giga low inhib and just don't care then it doesn't really matter.
