only works if you're low bf and have good bones already
basically, an hour or two before going to the club, do a long bike ride or someshit and lose water weight
you will be just a little bit thirsty but nothing that serious tbh
but your bones will look insane, espeiscally zygos
worth imo, it's not a problem to hang on for 4-5 hours max
you can even get 1 glass of water and still have your zygos pumped
it's way better than dehydrating yourself for a whole day and feeling like an abused dog
