Good start of the day

I started mine with hitting my vape 15 reps and 4 reps of sipping coffee now got half a cup

I’m going to crack a course in deep learning now and cuck on python for 4 hours

I’d be too bloated tbh
low/zero carb diet mogs

i do zero carbs and feel 1000x better and sharper and actually motivated

not a lot of muscle is even needed. just some with very very lean on at least a decent frame.
no point in people roiding since it is naturally attainable for everyone

its important so u dont end skinnyfat when leanmax also

been on and off it for a few months. but ive been back on without cheat whole of november and i will contunue without cheating

i feel too good to stop, and i can actually eat as much as i like, while being the most nutrient dense diet

many do it wrong, they just keep consuming more protein and that have fats low/ even moderate.

its a high fat diet, u run off fats - not protein
u should be hitting ur protein intake like normal, and getting the rest from fat, not more protein

i felt bad only until fat adapted, which varies how long depending on person, but worth seeing it through100%, only like 3 days for me

i felt bad when i didnt understand how to do it, like i mentioned above (tired as shit, napping all the time, 0 motivation, i was thinking wtf is this bs diet)
now that i finally fucking understood, im not stopping

Might try it again in April when my cut is

Will continue to enjoy my bag of chips along with cake in the evening while watching a schizo psychothriller until then though
