Isn't the test partially about aquired knowledge? Some questions were dependent on the participant to have english as their native language.

Feels like a person would score a lot higher on this test at age 30 versus 20.

2 things
1. Internet provides a bit of a selection bias, imo if you ended up in some niche forum you're more likely to be a bit higher IQ than otherwise, if you're average IQ you're more likely to be NT and not be here.
2. Users with low IQs or average IQs will be heavily discouraged from taking the test and posting their score - response bias

Actually the 2nd and third questions on the new york page are hard as fuck. I had to do insane mental math to decide between 20.2 and 20.4. I think my IQ got raised by 2-3 points due to those questions alone.
