Accutane Update(1 week in)

Tuesday marks my 1 week of 40mg of isotretinoin and heres some background. I was on 0.45% of tazarotene form 1.5 months then I quit because it was obnoxious and I wasn’t seeing results. This benefited me because I already purged badly on the taz so I have experience little to no purge on accutane.
Day 1: The dry eyes were unbearable I just wanted to sleep and almost slept on the road while driving. Lips weren't that dry even after a week I just constantly moisturize them though.
Day 2-4: Acne has gone down quite a bit. I get a white head here and there but so far no purge and dry eyes went away. I do feel myself burning in the sun after a few minutes but other than that I feel great and have little to no sides.
Day 5-7: Skin looks relatively the same as 2-4 but dry eyes come back here and there but it’s not as bad as the first day. Doctor also gave me prednisone but I haven’t experienced any bloating or anxiety whatsoever.

-10mg of prednisone
-Antihistamine
-40mg Isotretinoin(taken with 2 tsp of peanut butter
-1.2gs of fish oil
-300mg of NAC
-A mens 1 a day pill
-La rosche possay hydrating cleanser 2x a day
-Vanicream Face moisturizer 2x a day
-Sunscreen applied every 3 hours until 3pm
