Modern include the last 9000 years, basically. In 18th century people were sick in their own way, they inhaled smoke from fireplaces, for example. It's not just food, it's industrial pollution and vaccinations.
Acne is just toxicity leaving the body through the skin. That's not the worst place for it to go, if it gets stored in the joints you get arthritis, etc. So "sealing" all the poison inside with medication is pretty dumb.
Personally, I don't get acne acne as long as don't consume a lot of carbs (not more than 50 g per day).

There was smallpox, chickenpox and other similar diseases for which there weren't vaccines yet, that would often leave permanent marks on the face, it wasn't uncommon in many older books for some characters to be described as having scars on their faces from these diseases - it was a part of their appearance and personality.

Yeah, that's why I said people were sick in their own way. They just had different kinds of toxicity to deal with compared to today. Which is what the disease is, it's a side effect of detoxification.
None of those diseases are contagious (no disease is transmittable, that's fantasy) and none of them were cured by the vaccines (because there's nothing to "cure" since it's not an infection).

legit.

they still did

muh they their paintings and statues, those were heavily frauded.

lol no any proofs???
It was usually the norm to simply not draw negative features.

One prime example is Mozart, obviously there is no direct source but the oil paintings of Mozart do not necressaily match the Mozart that was described in text acquired from his acquintences. (he was described as shy, non NT, and quite unattractive hence the multiple love life failures)

He was an acne ridden ugly manlet appreantly, and that the pictures were more of touch ups. (Told to us by the museum guide in Mozarts Birthplace, Salzburg)

Mozart was described during his lifetime as being physically ugly and having large eyes. (Actual journal pages up for display) He also had smallpox. All were adultered in paintings. Who tf is gonna write a study on this shit? Go to Salzburg and visit his house, its all laid out there.
