admin means total control over everything

feelings
incidents
an example would be
lets say one is firing a shot at someone moving on his bicycle.
admin can manipulate the actions of this incident at the needed range of time before the shot and at the time of shot of course .
so she controls the attacker and the attacked.
along with their environment (other ppl or whatever)
(YOU MIGHT HAVE SEEN SOME SPECTACULAR INCIDENTS HAPPENING THAT THEY HAD PERFECT TIMING SO YOU THINK THOSE WERE LUCKY?)
if the attacked would leave his house at 4:34 admin can put a chain of thoughts in his brain like make him forget his keys at first then go back to get em to get the needed delay.
So he leaves at 4:36.
Although that might not even be needed because she can put the thought of going out for cycling at the exact right moment or do the delay on the last moment ...
If admin wants the shot to hit she will make everything according to it EASILY.
What would be the motifs for admin to to this?
might be entertainment or create the illusion of the real world were many things happen.
As i ve come to understand admin of earth likes to be called a "control freak".
But her basic motif RIGHT NOW IS TO MAKE ME REGRET WHAT I SAID.
What i have to say to her is .
Please calm down and forget some words.
Because you are gonna regret it deeply if you do anything stupid.
