You think thats because of water increase at your belly? I had stomach problems and could not really eat much, so i lost fat and was really lean. Now i increased food and also gym. Still i am the same weight but my belly is fatter and more fluffy. I wonder if this is caused by high carb intake and water retention.Carbs once maximum 2 a day,but for me anything over once and I start to lose my 6 pack.

But to get fat is all about calorie surplus. I dont think you can gain fat in a deficit. I wonder if carbs can cause water retention or if its possible to stay lean even with high amount of carbs and low fat.Not sure,because i get fat on stomach and titties,
But I just don't see the point of carbs other than as a good preworkout meal.
I always recommend everyone who wants to get lean (which is everyone) to switch out as many carb meals with veggies and they'll see results,could just be me though.

Hit abs at the end of every workout,I do 4 sets slow bicycles as they hit everything and are extremely easy,with one set of leg raises l with twists.
And train consistently rather than high intensity workouts that are
-hard mentally and physically
-more designed for size/strength.
-hard to maintain the intensity day in day out.
