Advice to get lean at gym?

Need to get down to 15% bf at least, I’m like 25 rn

Spent 3 hours at the gym today, want to get fit
 
Deplete glycogen by lifting first then do cardio so it uses fat stores

I do cardio last usually, just a treadmill run 4 incline on 4 speed 30 minutes

Literally my first week at an actual gym, on longest nofap streak too, so I have a high drive, if any gym cells are on here I need some advice tbh, might go back there to do yoga

this is all you have to do.

#1. hit the gym atleast 3 times a week. i do full body 3x a week.
#2. calorie deficit anywhere between 1200-1500 calories with high protein 0.8 per pound of bodyweight and don't listen to these retards that say muh too low! muh lowers test! dumb faggots. i've been eating 1300 for months and i've gone from 20+ bodyfat to 16% currently about to hit 15%, in i estimate around 1 month or less, i don't feel hungry at all because of high protien.
#3. count your calories on my fitness pal, weigh your food. dont estimate your cals like a tard. weighing food and counting calories is extremely easy.
4. have self discipline. whenever you're so hungry just drink 0 calorie drinks or diet soda you'll be fine.

Don't fucking cut carbs jfl. You want to eat in a way that maximizes your thermogenesis and metabolism, while being satiating AND covering all micronutrients

Train for strength and do cardio, max on protein.

I eat vegetables + tuna + peanuts almost every meal,

Carbs once maximum 2 a day,but for me anything over once and I start to lose my 6 pack.

Hit abs at the end of every workout,I do 4 sets slow bicycles as they hit everything and are extremely easy,with one set of leg raises l with twists.

And train consistently rather than high intensity workouts that are
-hard mentally and physically
-more designed for size/strength.
-hard to maintain the intensity day in day out.

My muscles are pretty "small" and I'm "weak",but this is looxmaks.org not strengthmax.org

You think thats because of water increase at your belly? I had stomach problems and could not really eat much, so i lost fat and was really lean. Now i increased food and also gym. Still i am the same weight but my belly is fatter and more fluffy. I wonder if this is caused by high carb intake and water retention.

Not sure,because i get fat on stomach and titties,

But I just don't see the point of carbs other than as a good preworkout meal.

I always recommend everyone who wants to get lean (which is everyone) to switch out as many carb meals with veggies and they'll see results,could just be me though.

Cardio will help you get leaner and look leaner too cuz u get more vascular when ur muscles need more oxygen. But it also develops ur slow twitch muscle fibres and decreases ur explosive power

But to get fat is all about calorie surplus. I dont think you can gain fat in a deficit. I wonder if carbs can cause water retention or if its possible to stay lean even with high amount of carbs and low fat.

I thought about it and realized i only need to care about face, if life requires it, ill specifically work to bulk, but for now i just want a lean face as fast as naturally possible
