After a Testosterone enanthate injection how long does it take until you reach high blood level concentrations of testosterone n get TEST AURA?

I injected 300 mg a few hours ago I want to know on what day next week I should expect to get IOIs? Is it possible to get IOIs already on Monday - Wednesday?
