However two girls that seemed keen, gave me their numbers, didn’t reply to my initial text, do you guys double text or just leave it.

I’m imaging just leave it, as it’s unlikely they didn’t see my message. Just strange they gave the number.

It happens sometimes but in my experience they respond more and faster when I text them (not on tinder).

If they don't respond in a day I block and delete number.

You do realize girls on Tinder get like hundreds of messages, phone calls and invitations to dates, parties, events, trips, etc. each day from different guys, so you either have to be a Chad or have something really amazing to offer...
Everyone who uses Tinder should first make a fake girl account to see how things are from their perspective and will easily understand why many are so flaky - they are simply overwhelmed with so much attention and so many options to choose from.
