I did 2 sets of incline dumbbell press and didnt lose any strenght after a 1month break from the gym which made me very happy however even then i was struggling to breathe but then i move on to machine press and after one set i can barely stay concious. I had to sit down for like 10 minutes and then i went home. I always had problems with this, when i used to train legs i was always a moment away from fainting. What do i do?
