for me i hit puberty at 11 and was finished growing by 14. I remember when i was 14 my legs were so hairy that some of the kids would call me Chewbacca in school. This was abnormal and i think it was a sign of my hypothyroidism rather than high DHT levels.

now i look like this at 22, and im norwood 4

Yes in general. Because DHT also gives you thick af facial hair and makes you hairy all over body. But there is possibility of hair being not sensitive to DHT vs other body parts. So can be thick nw1 hair but no beard/chest hair. Same for vice versa.
