if u really want just take 200mg for a week if ur fine (which u will be) move up to 500

Just hop on ~500mg and a little hgh
200 is about a trt dose lol

i never see results because they’re so slow when you’re natty and im always tired so i have shitty pumps

haha i was the same, starting 2 years it was easy af to me now i lost all motivation and stopped going for a year

still retained gains but natty lifting is bulllshit
