Being bald requires a very specific head shape to be able to pull off without looking like a soyjak or a mental patient.

Being muscular doesn't really have much effect on attracting women from what I've seen. It usually just makes you more intimidating to them. It does attract a lot of homosexual dudes though.

Being a skinny prettyboy or being slightly muscled with abs mogs the fuck out of being muscular like Andrew Tate.

Haircut does matter, but it's based on your head shape. If you have a head shape suitable for a buzzcut, then a buzzcut works. If you have a hypermasculine skull and jaw like Jeremy Meeks or Mr. Clean, then you could even pull off strong norwood.
