Went to sleep a few hours ago. It's midnight now and I can't sleep due to my anxiety. High neuroticism is by far the worst trait I have in terms of behavior.

Just sleep when you finally get tired. If you absolutely must fall asleep sooner you might need several nights. Turn off your phone hours beforehand the time you want to be asleep.
