Are there any diuretics which can be used most of the time to limit water retention without depleting my body of electrolytes and fucking my kidneys

Caffeine and dandelion root extract are natural diuretics that won't fuck your kidneys, however their effectiveness is debateable

I’m not expecting something with the strength of furosemide I’m really just tryna combat the bloat of oral minox with something that won’t give long term damage

Did u even think before typing this lol dandelion root has a possible diuretic effect it dosent mean it’s causing long term kidney damage lol there’s nothing damaging about reducing water retention slightly only when you drain your body of water and electrolytes for a prolonged period

take a moment, to breathe.
take 5 breaths in, 5 breaths out.

now, our mind is clear.
lets use our rational, powerful, elegant, brain.

how do diuretics works? they work by changing electrolyte balance, forcing your kidneys to force out more water, or fucking with your brain to force water out of your kidneys, which is all harmful.
literally anything you can take, that produces a reliable, and consistent diuretic effect, will fuck your kidneys.

dandelion root infact does not give a strong diuretic effect, it is very minor
damaging about reducing water retention slightly
this is true, but managing to do this without fucking with your kidneys is difficult outside of diet

You'll be raping your kidneys regardless of the diuretic you choose, that's their function!

Now obv some (like Lasix) might rape ur liver more than HCTZ would for instance, but they're also less effective.

No way around that, so I feel like the most appropriate question would be what compounds/pharmaceuticals could you use to protect your liver

dandelion root is mostly a meme.

It is said to have a very mild debloat effect bcs it acts as a laxative just like a vitamin C megadoses do.

Just take some HCTZ when you notice bloating, but don't use it daily or if you're already dried out.

Masteron is also pretty good for debloating face too for me at least

oh and amphetamine does a great job of this too
