Any other aspies can't stop yourselves from being cringe even when you know you're about to be cringe?

Sometimes I start a sentence and realize half way through I'm about to be cringe but by then it's too late because I can't just stop talking mid sentence because that would be even more cringe than my original cringe.

You know how sometimes you do or say something and then a year later you're like "Damn that was cringe"
For me it doesn't take a year but a second
