Any other fixes for blackheads aside from accutane?

I only have minor acne but blackheads all over my nose and forehead. I can extract them by squeezing them or using a tool but 9/10 times this results in a breakout and they fill back up.

Is accutane the only fix? Topical tret does not do shit for this

Just been too lazy to go back to the derm and wanted to see if there were any alternatives before hopping on accutane.

basically yeah or oil cleanser which makes your skin oily as fuck and makes it break out. i tried an oil cleanser for a month during december last year then i broke out like i never had in years afterwards. it also made my skin more oily than it is now on GH peptides fucking worst shit ever dont listen to the retards that tell you to double cleanse the only skincare you need is accutane

Yeah oil cleansing was horrendous on my skin too, it gave me a cystic breakout on my temples that lasted for months.

I’m just not on it cause I’m on mt2 + tanning beds.

btw, do u think that even in a low accutane dose like 5/10mg I still shouldn’t combine it with mt2 + tanning beds?
