Yes, yes, yes. Sometimes I tell myself that I am totally nuts. I fluctuate between being motivated (not happy) or feeling defeated. The thing is that if I have real problems what can I do? I cannot pretend nothing happens and at the same time there are things that I simply do not have the power to change. That's why I usually have a hard time saying I'm mentally ill, after all had I had different conditions throughout my life I'd be in a total different place :/

... I use to look in the mirror and see my face plumped, I be like well I'm not looking that bad lol. Then a few hours later I see my skin saggy, wrinkly, old, thin. The thing is that I don't think I'm delusional. I'm sure it must be some type of metabolic effect or whatever I usually attribute it to being skinny tho.

i dont know what that is and i havent been described this so i cant take it
im currently taking my 4rth kind of pills which i dont remember the name but i have changed doctor and he promised that it is not heavy and it doesnt kill dick and make you gain weight
but it doesnt help either psychology wise so i might cancel it too soon tbh
