so far if i drink an energy drink after normal night of sleep im unable to sleeo in the night. up till 4 am even if i drink an energy drink at 7 am, even if i work 9 hours doing shit constantly

I drank 4 of them at 11 pm. Did jack shit to me (as in I had no issues falling asleep).

idk maybe it has something to do with me having giga high metabolism having so much energy
