His results from side view seem really well done but frontal views are a disaster imho as the nose of all his patients ended up too wide(alar base increased)
I contacted him and his secretary says the noses are wide because his patients demanded wide noses(it didn’t make any sense since from the first patient to the current patient posted on his ig, they all had increment of alar base, how can everyone like the same design of nose regardless of gender and race...) Anyone has any further info on him?
I think Turkish surgeons usually practice one type of design of nose and then apply it to each and every patient and don’t listen to patient demand.
Example where he gave unnecessary alar base increment to patients(all other patients have this too)
