Anyone take Vyvaanese

I really love this but it barely lasts. If I go to the gym it stops working/do something intensive

do i need a higher dosage?

Its extremely euphoric for 2-4 hours and then It dies down and I crash really bad, start feeling depressed and such, worse after going to the gym since the high from exercise stacks too
