Ethiopian Jews do not cluster near other Middle Eastern Jewish populations, They genetically cluster near Cushitic & Ethiosemitic popualtions (Somalis, Habeshas, Agaws, Oromos,etc). Converting to another religion =/= being apart of that ethnic group.

Ok but you are already assuming that being jewish is a racial thing when it may not be the case since jews themselves were not genetically different from other canaanites, they became jews simply when they converted to judaism, thats completely different from whites and blacks for example(real races)

Similar things with Somalis as well. Some deluded Somalis claim descent from fabled Arabian lineages (fake), & other religious communities world-wide. All over the Christian & Muslim World (North Africa, Europe, South Asia, etc). Some believe the more your're closer to the Biblical/Quranic characters the more Muslim/Christian you are.
