meh, depends on the company and role. A programmer for an inventory system at an auto-shop doesn't need as high iq as a FANG engineer working within a giant system with tons of classes/variable. I know this because I know software engineers who can't solve algorithm problems I was able to solve 1 week into learning programming. There is a lot of variability.
