I keep making stupid autistic mistake.

Ex. I put tableclothes in trash because I thought it was useless.

Or I make mistakes with mise en place, I forgot the position of knives...or I forgot how to make some things ththat requires a bit of manuality.
My coworkers used me as their doormat and they were always making comments about how forgetful I was, also they kept saying I looked depressed and should smile more.

I remember I made tons of mistakes like I used to break everything like glasses, plates, wine bottles.

But the biggest problem is that I dont know how to interact with people that asks for something, Im not quick and I have literally no idea how to proceed with serving people, I dont know when I should take the olates and forgot everything if people ask me something

Every manual simple job I wanted to do was a complete mess, I couldnt learn anything at all even if its basic/simple stuff.
People didnt get me validation at all, they thought they were working without me because they had to do the job again and again.
Keep in mind I had this work just because the ceo is my uncle.

Im not even that young, 29 and almost 30.
No job experience other than garbage man.
No qualifications, I had huge problems at high school too since I couldnt memorize anything because of my certified low iq

I recently saw a job offer as gardener for a cemetery that paid 2k a month after taxes for <30 hours and required you to weed flower beds around gravestones, dig holes and trim the hedges.

i'm sure i couldn't work as a waiter either for pretty much the same reasons btw. i zone out mentally and start daydreaming when i have to do boring repetitive tasks like that and mess up constantly as a result.

autists belong in the dish pit

True, I do tons of daydreaming too.

Sometimes I think about something funny and laugh by myself

You are not low IQ, you are simply deficient in energy, ray peat has said that people if deprived of energy and put into stressful environments they can drop 10s of points in IQ. But he also said that if you put someone in a stimulating environment and give them the adequate nutrition and resources than they will have the energy to take on the task at hand. So you problem is most likely a nutritional or thyroid deficiency as well as you are mentally handicapping yourself by speaking negatively about yourself constantly.

i do this, but im very good at jobs i can just zone out at.

Stop picking extroverted jobs, as you're low IQ (as you said) you probably have no genius plans for business so go to school with the intention of landing a job you can settle into long-term with good pay and a chance to rise up after learning the job and seniority

OP i'd recommend you get a security job where you do little to nothing, night shift is necessary.
I recently saw a job offer as gardener for a cemetery that paid 2k a month after taxes for <30 hours and required you to weed flower beds around gravestones, dig holes and trim the hedges.
Where do i find such a job?

Where do i find such a job?
almost every town has a graveyard and cities have several so I imagine it wouldn't be that hard to find these kinds of jobs elsewhere, I saw it on a website for job offers.

you're mostly going to be mowing grass and weed whacking around graves I presume.

night shifts aren't good for your health.

I recommend you do a machine operator job as someone even as low iq and brain dead as me can make 55k a year at 18 doing it so can you

Are you sure you have low iq? this sounds normal for autism, waiter might be the worst job in the world for that dont worry..

What hes describing doesnt require that much "iq". Someone with autizm requires clear instructions on what to do. It might be both, though

Could be ADHD. Get medication. You're probably not stupid.

Yes, problem is I cant understand instructions, I understand one thing for another and I lack simple manual skills for serving people even after years

I got the same issue even after several months of fast food work. I guess you either deal with it or just beg your uncle for money

Hey how did you go about getting that job?
Was it from applying online or someone hooked you up?

it's a brio!

just apply it is easy to get in since no one wants to lift heavy shit or be working all day

CAN SOMEONE VERIFY IF THIS IS TRUE?
yes. as somebody who used to do it. BUT, you NEED to criticize yourself before you can love yourself. anyone who loves themselves blindly is a fool.

I don't think it's necessarily because you have a low IQ. A lot of smart people are shit at the "easy" jobs because the easy jobs typically consist of practical, hands-on work, and smart people generally tend to more abstract instead of practical. This is why a lot of smart people can't even keep the most basic, retarded job imaginable.

How can i even love myself if the reason i criticize myself is because of the way i look (for example a girl i liked didn't like me back because of the way i look), especially when i don't have the money for surgery and anything i try blows up in my face

not everybody is in the god tier of men, gotta get over it.

I wouldn't say manual labor = low iq job
You'd be surprised at how many jobs that do not require manual labor are actually low iq

How do you get one of those jobs without knowing someone in the industry first

What experience/certifications u need
nothing just apply they will probably put u as a deburrer first which is what they wanted to do to me but they needed some machine operators and they were going to hire so i asked if i could learn and that i would do both jobs. they taught me and i picked up fast and that was about it. so i was machine operator and deburrer got my pay increased then they realized i could operate the machines quite well so they put me there full time and i got even more money since i was certified to work on 3 machines. all in 6 months time. i only work 1 machine full time sometimes 2 btw but learn as many machines as u can cuz u get more money since they can count on u if a guy is missing. makes u way more valuable

and if u are put as a cleaner eventually a machine will clear up or they will need a backup just show enthusiasm and be eager to learn u will be registered as machine operator instead of a cleaner/deburrer

so now i am 18 and make 55k a year after tax calculated btw i do overtime without overtime it is 43k or some shit like that
