Asymmetrical eyes

Is the asymmetry in my eyes/eyebrows noticeable? Should I trim a bit the one that’s higher and more arched?
What can be done about one of the eye being more opened than the other? Is it some sort of slight ptosis?
Also are my eyebrows too thick vertically? Should it be thinner?

Left eyebrow is gay trim it.
What u have is also what i have and everyone has u aspie its called relative ptosis not related to clinical ptosis no fix beside fillers or botox or fat graft.
