Bad hair quality and bad skull

Normies be like " let your hair grow", but here is the problem : my skull shape is utter shit and same with my head shape

Letting your hair grow will allow you to shape the top of your head better. Whether it be cutting sides short and leaving top long or keeping it even all over etc. Having that short hair is the worst thing you can do if you feel the top of your head is a bad shape.
