Been doing calisthenics for months, still no fucking muscle

I do calisthenics a lot, at least 3 times a week. I feel stronger and can do more pull ups and diamond pushups but muscles are not visible

anyone know why muscles dont show?

Is your diet good?
And imo calisthenics is more for leannes than size

Indian/paki genes are the worst for building muscle and holding muscle. Expect belly fat to follow.

u dont grow big ass muscles off bw if u dont do high volume pretty sure. do at least 100 of each exercise or something

Gotta combine calisthenics with weights brother. Most of my gains were thanks to that.
 
Calisthenics works pretty ok for me and many others, it rly depends on muscle genes though. Although Id recommend doing it everyday, maybe not as long as you do 3x week, but everyday + multiple times throughout the day. (pushups and so on) With calisthenics, I think the key is to do it very regularly. Literally pushups, pullup multiple times a day and almost every day, like 5 days / week.
 
Muscle gains are mostly dependent on volume. Volume is the biggest factor which causes physiological changes.

Many calisthenics exercises train primarily neurological adaptations (skill acquisition etc.)

LOL at thinking calisthenics will make muscle grow, strength comes from the tendons, not the muscle.
