I would speculate that for tall men there is a greater expectation to be NT because people think "you're given the opportunity to stand out physically now all you have to do is be normal like the rest of us for automatic respect"
But then when they see you aren't NT they see you a joke because your behavior is incongruent with your stature so NTs then take joy in slandering you as it is their chance to imply that a guy who heightmogs them is subhuman in some regard
If an average height guy was non NT nobody would pass much remarks on it

From my experience I think it's you will find more non NTs percentage wise among tall men than average/short men
