Sometimes I see my face and peanut skull and am nearly brought to tears.

im not sure if even osteometirs can save me.

I’m going to schedule surgery consults for my mental health, so I gave something to strive to.

already have my bimax consult soon.
Need to figure out my orbits and mid face too
