who are the best bimax surgeons that charge under 20k euros? alfaro is basically charging a whole mortgage and i think i could get similar results for cheaper. of course i don't want to cheap out on such a major surgery, but in terms of aesthetics and price i think i could go to someone like ramieri. if i went to someone more expensive i'd have to save an immense amount of money while going to school which is not realistic, and i'd only end up saving that much by the time i'm 25 and old. i want to enjoy my youth as much as possible and fix my failos efficiently. LMK SOME GOOD SURGEONS PLEASE!
