Doctor into radiologist or some other meme sub-profession in mediicine that will give you 500k-1m/yr 5-10 years down the line with minimal work compared to a surgeon or something. Surgery is hard work and you are liable and can be sued to oblivion if someone dies on your operating table etc. Do something easier like radiology and still rake in the cash. Dermatologists also but who wants to see those disgusting skin conditions.

I will tell you why: because if you are passionate about something and you fail to reach your goal career wise in that passion (like a consultant for the industry or a freelance designer or something), you are still left with a money making skill that you love doing and are passionate about. If you spend all your time developing a skill you dont give a fuck about, and you end up not receiving the role you wanted in the first place (like a surgeon), you end up as a male nurse left with nothing but a skill you dont care about that pays 70k a year when you could have had a skill you love doing that pays 10-20k less. Most people who tried and failed at their dreams are still significantly more fulfilled then people who gave up on their dreams.
