I looked it up and apparently it's prescription medicine in Sweden, which means I might as well get the tret. I should've mentioned that.

All retinoids are prescription afaik. I've used Adapalene, Tretinoin and Tazarotene. Retinol would be next best as it's non prescription, vitamin C megadosing is even better than retinol though imo

Retinol is a retinoid. That's the one I used (0.2% in squalance).

I drink lemon juice and grapefruit juice everyday, but yeah, maybe I should supplement vitamin C too. Also in conjunction with collagen powder is a really good idea!
