Best protocol for a twink in his 20s

For those who are juicing, share your knowledge for us, twinks. I am personally a 22 year old with a decent height but been struggling with gaining weight as well as very low test levels. Heard that using isn’t advised until you have at least 3 years of constant gym experience but I feel like there are only a few real concerns that would actually apply to beginners using test like joints not having enough time to adapt for mass. What protocol would be the best for an underweight beginner to both GAIN mass quick and RETAIN it? Looking to only do 1-2 cycles

Try fixing T levels naturally and being patient first as well as safe natural supplements

If you really want it, go for RAD-140, start with 5 mg daily cycle but never exceed 10mg for safety
