  • progesterone before bed once a week
  • pregnenolone 100 mg every day
  • thyroid therapy
  • living at high altitudes
  • abundant use of sucrose/fructose and limiting starch
  • low intake of muscle meats,beans,seeds and nuts and substitution for organ meats, dairy and poultry instead
  • Cyproheptadine once a week before bed
  • antibiotic treatment if youve been eating a heavy starch diet for years (probiotics is cope)

situating yourself as a player in a story/ legacy. Like ancient Greek tragedy which gave the citizens meaning to their lives or the Mahabarata to Vedic Hindus without recourse to copes like Abrahamic religions

Be a chainsmoker since childbirth
Steroids for decades
Drugs/Alcohol 24/7
Sleep once a week
Binge eat junk food every day
Get upset for every little thing especially what u cant change
Run a marathon multiple times a year

Also eat raw meat and walk in a forest and find animal kill
